Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and proper organization of the company's operations. The Board is responsible for ensuring that the company's accounting and financial management have been properly arranged. The Board of Directors oversees the company's operations and management and decides on significant matters relating to the corporate strategy, investments, organization and finance.
